Upgrade my quickbooks for mac?

Log in to the company file with Admin user access. Open the current version of QuickBooks, i.e.

First take backup of the current version (Steps for taking company backup:) Step 1.

Before upgrading the company file, you need to prepare a backup of the current version of the file in order to keep the data safe in the event of a technical issue.
